This week I want to talk about something most financial newsletters will never mention: intention.
Allah ๏ทป has promised to provide for every soul He has created. But the quality of our relationship with our rizq โ how we earn it, how we spend it, how we think about it โ is deeply connected to our taqwa.
"Whoever fears Allah โ He will make for him a way out, and will provide for him from where he does not expect." โ At-Talaq 65:2โ3
๐ This week's principle: Compound intent. Just as compound interest grows money, compound intention โ consistently choosing halal, consistently asking for barakah โ grows rizq in ways that cannot be calculated.
โก Your one action step: Before your next financial decision, pause and make niyyah. Out loud if you can. "Ya Allah, I intend for this to be halal and blessed."
